Required items :

1. Very full floor-length, finely gathered draping nightgown with a wide, round neckline edged in narrow bias binding and long raglan bell sleeves of semi-sheer soft white or ivory fabric. Flesh tone undergarments are recommended for modesty.
2. Barefoot or streamlined white, ivory or flesh tone ballet slippers.
3. Hair is curled past the shoulders with two front sections pulled away from the face and tied back at the crown. Naturally occurring hair colors only; no bangs.
4. White formal dress shoes.
